March 28, 2024:

  • Absentee Ballots available for voters.

Monday April 22, 2024:

  • deadline to register to vote by mail or online to be eligible to vote in the May 7, 2024 election.

 Friday, April 26, 2024:

  • deadline for electors to submit a written request to spoil their AV ballot and receive a new absent voter ballot by mail.
  • deadline for electors who have returned their AV ballot to submit a written request in person to spoil their AV ballot and a receive a new AV ballot in the clerks office. 

Thursday May 2, 2024: 

  • deadline for Public Accuracy testing to be complete by this date.  Actual date to be published with at least a 48 hour notice.  Also the time period when the clerk must verify or reject an AV ballot application or an AV ballot return envelope by the end of the day that the app or envelope is received.

Friday, May 3, 2024:

  • deadline for applicant to fix a signature error on the application to receive an AV ballot by mail as well as the clerks to send absent voter ballot by mail.
  • deadline for electors who lost their AV ballot or had not yet received it in the mail to submit a written request to spoil their old AV ballot and receive a new AV ballot in the clerks office or by mail.

Monday May 6, 2024: 

  • deadline for electors who have lost their AV ballot or not yet received it in the mail, to submit a written request to spoil their lost ballot and a receive a new one at the clerks office.

Tuesday May 7, 2024:

  • Election Day. Polls open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m.
