JULY BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Review will hold a Special Meeting at the Township Hall, Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. to correct qualified errors, Principal Residence Exemptions, Qualified Agricultural Exemptions, Poverty Exemptions, and Qualified Disabled Veterans Exemptions in the assessment and or tax roll. An owner of property that is a “qualified principal residence”, may appeal to the Board of review if an affidavit was claimed to have been filed, but the exemption was not on the tax roll. Pursuant to MCL 211.7b, exemptions for qualified disabled veterans or their surviving unmarried spouses may also be heard.
